Dr. Sasha Watkins grew up and lived in California for twenty-eight years before moving to St. Kitts in the Caribbean to attend Ross University school of veterinary medicine. She then completed her clinical year at University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Prior to veterinary school, she completed her undergraduate degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation at California State University of Sacramento and then went on to participate in research related to Cichlid fishes in Costa Rica.

Dr. Watkins main interests include medical oncology and emergency medicine. She has two dogs (Evie and Olive) and a cat (Georgia) that she rescued from St. Kitts.
