We are proud to announce that WVRC Waukesha has been re-verified as a Level II Veterinary Trauma Center by the Veterinary Committee on Trauma (VetCOT). Having held this distinction since 2019, we remain the only approved and registered veterinary trauma center in Wisconsin.

A verified Trauma Center provides comprehensive, team-based care for injured patients, ensuring an emergency veterinarian is immediately available with specialists accessible for advanced treatment. This verification by an outside governing body guarantees that the highest standards of care are consistently met.

In addition to delivering advanced care daily, our teams contribute to the future of medicine. Cases seen at WVRC support national research and 34 publications to date aimed at improving outcomes for pets everywhere.
