Dr. Gregory completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University in microbiology before attending the University of Pennsylvania for graduate school, where she completed doctorates in genetics and veterinary medicine.

During her rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital, another hospital in the Ethos group, she became interested in Emergency Medicine. Subsequently, she worked as an emergency veterinarian in Delaware before moving back to the Midwest and WVRC to be closer to family.
