About

Dr. Wiedmeyer graduated with a Zoology degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and then went on to complete her DVM degree. Prior to WVRC, Dr. Wiedmeyer completed a surgical and medical rotating internship at VCA Aurora and Berwyn in Illinois. She then went on to practice emergency medicine in the greater Milwaukee area.

On what she enjoys most about working at WVRC…“Veterinary Medicine has been my dream and passion as long as I can remember. Emergency medicine allows me to stay on my toes in a fast paced setting to help both animals and people in need.”
