Sheila brings over 25 years of veterinary experience, with a strong background in hospital operations, staff development, and patient care. Most recently, she served as Hospital Manager at Small Animal Hospital, where she led a 4-DVM general practice, spearheaded recruitment and training initiatives, and fostered a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with experience in both surgical and emergency departments. More recently, she has supported our hospital as a per diem technician. Sheila is recognized for her hands-on leadership style, transparency, and dedication to team empowerment.

She holds a Management and Leadership Development Certificate, is a Certified Veterinary Technician in Wisconsin, and maintains RECOVER CPR certification.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys classical guitar, singing and songwriting, reading, and sports.
