Dr. John Naeser, a native of Wauwatosa, WI, embarked on his academic journey at Winona State University, graduating with Honors in Cell and Molecular Biology. Driven by a profound passion for veterinary medicine, he went on to achieve his DVM degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Eager to expand his expertise, Dr. Naeser delved into an internship specializing in emergency and critical care medicine at the Animal Emergency Center in Milwaukee. His dedication to providing exceptional veterinary care led him to Premier Veterinary Group in Grayslake, IL, where he initially served as an emergency doctor. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Naeser took on diverse roles within the company, ultimately becoming a partner in 2011.

Following the establishment of Ethos Veterinary Health, Dr. Naeser assumed the pivotal role of Hospital Information Systems Manager. His expertise in PIMS (Practice Information Management Systems) integration and management has been instrumental in the development and implementation of cutting-edge hospital medical records systems across all Ethos hospitals.

Presently, as the PIMS Integrations and Code Manager, Dr. Naeser continues to spearhead the evolution of hospital medical records systems, ensuring seamless integration across the Ethos network.

Residing in Franklin, WI, Dr. Naeser finds solace and joy in the company of his wife and three daughters. Their home is further enriched by the presence of their beloved dogs, Nelson and Harley, as well as a cherished diabetic cat named Bailey. Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Naeser embraces the balance of family life and unwinds through shared moments with his loved ones.
