I was born and raised the in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. I went to Saint Louis University for my undergrad and attended St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies for my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree. My clinical year was at UW-Madison where I fell in love with the state of Wisconsin (besides their sports teams).

Prior to coming here, I worked in general practice but missed the fast pace of working in the ER and referral hospital settings, so I decided to switch career paths. My current interests in vet med are primarily internal medicine but I do love and appreciate critical care and emergency medicine.

When I am not working, I love to be in the gym strength training, exploring different restaurants in the state of Wisconsin and walking my dogs Bumi and Lila and playing with my cat Finch.
