Naomi Mathew

Dr. Naomi Mathew is originally from Dubai, UAE and moved to the US in 2015 for higher education. She received her bachelors in Biological Sciences with a minor in German from Colorado State University in 2019 and then completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2025. Prior to starting her career with WVRC, Dr. Mathew completed her Emergency and Critical Care internship at Madison Veterinary Specialists in 2026. 

Dr. Mathew is passionate about the fast paced problem-solving aspect of emergency medicine and the medley of cases seen in the ER allowing for the opportunity for further growth. Additionally, she finds fulfillment in collaborative work between departments to provide great patient care for both the pets and their families. 

Dr. Mathew's family includes her husband and 4 furry children (3 crazy cats and a cheeky chinchilla). Outside of work, Dr. Mathew enjoys spending time with her family and friends being outdoors, trying new activities, reading and more!
